In the app
Open More, tap Delete account and confirm. You are signed out on every device.
On the web
Sign in at one.spatioworld.com, open Account settings and choose Delete account.
By email
Can't sign in? Email contact@spatioworld.com from your account's address with the subject "Delete my account".
What happens to your data
| Data | When it goes |
|---|---|
| Your account | Closed at once. Erased about 30 days later, with an email 48 hours before. |
| Team membership | Removed at once. Patient records you wrote stay with the clinic. |
| Invoices | Kept as long as tax law requires. |
| Security logs | Kept for 1 year, as the law requires. |
| Backups | Cleared within 30 days. |
Clinic owners
Transfer the clinic to a colleague first, in the web console under Clinic settings. Otherwise your team loses access.
Patients
Your records belong to your clinic. Ask your clinic to delete them. If you can't reach them, email us and we will help.
