Agreement
These terms cover SpatioCare, provided by Spatioworld Technologies Private Limited. They apply together with the SpatioWorld One Terms of Use. By using SpatioCare you agree to both.
Accounts
- You must be 18 or older.
- Whoever sets up a clinic is its owner and is responsible for its plan and the people they invite.
- Staff join by invitation. The clinic decides their role and can remove them.
- Keep your password private.
Trial and plans
- New clinics get a 30-day free trial of Lite. No card needed. One trial per account.
- When a trial or plan ends, everything works for 7 more days. After that you can view and edit records, but not add new ones until you choose a plan.
- To buy a plan, email contact@spatioworld.com. Refunds follow the refund policy.
- Going over a plan limit stops new additions. It never deletes data.
Clinic duties
The clinic is responsible for the patient data it enters: having patient consent, answering patient requests, keeping records as the law requires, and controlling which staff can see what.
Not medical advice
SpatioCare is record keeping and scheduling software. It does not diagnose or treat, and it is not a medical device. Clinical decisions stay with qualified professionals. Booking pages are not for emergencies.
Fair use
Do not break the law, message patients without consent, try to access other clinics' data, overload or copy the service, or upload harmful files. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your data
The clinic owns its records. We use them only to provide the service. Admins can export them at any time, even after a plan ends.
Liability
SpatioCare is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Law
Indian law applies. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction. Questions: contact@spatioworld.com.
