Who we are
SpatioCare is provided by Spatioworld Technologies Private Limited, through this website, the web console at one.spatioworld.com and the SpatioCare apps for Android and iOS. Your SpatioWorld One account is also covered by the SpatioWorld One privacy policy.
Clinics and patients
- Clinic owners and staff: we are responsible for your account data (Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act, 2023).
- Patients: your records belong to your clinic. We store them only for the clinic and on its instructions (Data Processor). We never use them for our own purposes.
What we collect
- Account: name, email, phone, password (stored as a secure hash), clinic and branch details, your role, attendance and leave.
- Clinic records: what the clinic enters about patients, such as contact details, appointments, notes, prescriptions and payments.
- Technical: IP address, device and app version, sign-in and error logs, and your location only at the moment of a staff check-in.
The app has no ads, no ad tracking and no background location.
How we use it
To run SpatioCare, keep accounts secure, send service messages such as booking confirmations and sign-in codes, give support, handle billing and meet the law. We do not sell personal data or use patient records for advertising, profiling or AI training.
Who we share it with
Only providers who help us run the service: Contabo (hosting in Mumbai, India), Razorpay (payments), Cloudflare (sign-in security), email and SMS providers, and Google Firebase and Apple for notifications. And authorities when the law requires.
Storage and security
All data is stored in Mumbai, India, with encryption in transit, hashed passwords, role-based access, access logs and daily backups. On your phone the app keeps only your sign-in token, in secure storage. If a breach is likely to harm you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India without delay.
How long we keep it
- Accounts: while active, then erased about 30 days after deletion.
- Clinic records: as long as the clinic keeps them, or the law requires.
- Invoices: as tax law requires. Security logs: 1 year. Backups: 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or erase your data, withdraw consent, or name someone to act for you. Email contact@spatioworld.com or see Delete your account. Patients should contact their clinic first. We reply within 30 days.
Children
Account holders must be 18 or older. Clinics may keep records of younger patients and are responsible for a parent's or guardian's consent.
